Whatever your fitness level!

I am so glad that I decided to sign up with Mitch. 
After my initial consultation, when I couldn´t even manage half a press up, I signed up for a 6-week stint. Mitch makes every session fun and sweaty and I can say that I really enjoyed every single hour with him. I had a couple of small things happen, minor surgery on my chest and I hurt my shoulder, but Mitch adapted the sessions so that I could carry on with my routines. 
I have just had my assessment and the results are amazing – I have lost 2kg, a total of 10 inches off my body, my flexibility has increased, and I can now do 10 press ups, which is absolutely brilliant. All I can say is, if you are thinking of getting fit, then sign up with Mitch, whatever your fitness levels (I, basically, had nothing!!) he will help you through. 
Mitch - thank you for all your patience, funny stories and helping me to gain some great results. Look forward to another 6-week session in the New Year.
