Tucking me under your motivational wing!

I started training with Mitch 4 months ago. I work from home in a pressured role, you never have the time for exercise but you have to make the time. It’s more important for my health though as I was born with a muscle wasting condition called Muscular Dystrophy. Not all the muscles are affected so it’s really important I keep the good muscle as strong as possible for as long as possible. Mitch took the time to read up on the condition and has been so incredibly understanding working together to test out what I can and can’t do and making adaptions along the way until we had a cracking programme to follow. He does come up with new ideas every now and again, may or may not work, but I love the fact he looks for these new angles.

Mitch is very motivational, I want to achieve for him just as much as for myself. I’ve made so much progress, in my own limiting way, even if I can only push for an extra minute on the bike or go for a couple of extra weight presses Mitch is there to encourage me and tell me I can do it! I’m really excited about the results so far both in my fitness and in my jeans! You only have to see just a little bit of improvement and it encourages you to keep going.

No matter where your starting point is, I can’t recommend Mitch enough for his expertise, motivation, patience and he also happens to be a really great guy as well J. Thanks Mitch very much.
