I started training with Mitch 6 weeks ago. After a long a long run of no exercise and over indulging I needed to make a change. Mitch designed a programme tailored to me. I am a mother of two and am busy working full time in a high pressured job. I finish work and Mitch is there giving me the motivation I need to get myself into shape. I have now started my second 6 week programme and Mitch is pushing me even harder. I am looking forward to seeing the results, just in time for the summer. I couldn't recommend Mitch enough!!
