Severe back problem!

Mitch is a great personal trainer.  He listens to what you have to say and works with you to ensure that you achieve what you want to achieve.  His sessions were always fun and humorous which is a good thing if you really can’t be bothered as it keeps you motivated, which was the whole reason I used a personal trainer, as I had no motivation.  I had a severe back problem which Mitch looked into so he knew exactly what he was dealing with and used exercises and exercise props to help alleviate any pain while working out.  Mitch also gave me the option of self-defence which was great and has come in very useful.  Mitch always changed the way we worked out to keep it fun and interesting rather than doing the same thing time after time.   He also looked into what I was eating and how much to ensure you were eating enough of the correct foods and cutting down on the bad ones.  I took away from the sessions lots of ideas which I still use every day.
