Motivation needed!

I started working out with Mitch six weeks ago. I had got myself in a rut where I was eating and
drinking an unhealthy diet. I was sluggish and putting on weight. I knew I had to do something but just didn't have the motivation. I avoided looking at myself in the mirror as I hated what I saw. I have always been an active person but I just couldn't be bothered. So I made the call and signed up with Mitch. I have to say I am very happy with the results so far. In the first 4 weeks I lost 11 inches in total and 3 kilos. He is guiding me with a diet plan and created a workout regime specifically for me. Some days I have to really drag myself to go, as after a full day at work and all the normal chores waiting for me at home it is hard to muster up the energy, but I always do and always leave feeling revitalized. He really gives me the motivation and pushes me through. The results so far say it all. I still have a long way to go but I now believe with Mitch's
 help I can do it.
