Great results!!!

I'm 51 years old, female, with a healthy weight, a balanced diet and an active work pattern but despite all of that, my energy levels had plummeted. Then, one day a friend suggested I find a personal trainer……..and I discovered Mitch.

 

I started to train with Mitch 2-3 times per week and I couldn't believe the amazing results after just 6 weeks!!!!!!

My energy levels have improved tremendously, I've lost weight (and I wasn't even trying), I've lost inches, I'm more flexible, stronger and I discovered that my muscles are toning up nicely thank you very much!!!!

The great thing is that Mitch closely monitors your heart rate and progress throughout the session so you don't “overdo it” while at the same time he really pushes you with lots of encouragement so that you improve each time…….and no sore muscles….wonderful.

 

The programme NEVER gets boring as Mitch changes it according to ability and progress so there are always new challenges and a great feeling of personal achievement.

 

 Also, very important from a woman's point of view, he is never inappropriate. He is always very respectful and professional. He also has a great sense of humour so we always have a laugh and the hour flies by.
