Beach-ready Workout

I have just completed a six week beach body workout. I thought that I was working hard in the gym but obviously not. I have been using the same gym for years and not getting results further more getting conflicting advice from other trainers, so I contacted Mitch. 
We have worked together at his gym, showing me techniques and different moves to enhance the look and size of my muscles. In just a short period of time I have lost 4kilos, dropped 4inches from my waist and added 3.5cm to my biceps! 
The beach body workout has given me exactly what I wanted, muscle max, strong leaner body and the knowledge and confidence to maintain it.
