I've just finished a 6 week course with Mitch. Having not done any real exercise for 15 years I was quite nervous. Mitch put me at ease and designed a programme to suit my ability. Over the weeks I felt a real increase in my fitness level. Mitch has a great way of offering encouragement to help you complete each workout.
