What happens?

  • Once a month you´ll meet with Mitch, Personal Trainer (either at my gym or your place:)
  • A programme specific to your needs is made for you and monitored.
  • The session will concentrate on whatever you want.
  • You will be supported with nutritional advice, weight management, lifestyle assessments and motivational techniques.
  • The session could be 30mins to 1hour depending on your requirements.
