What happens?
- Once a month you´ll meet with Mitch, Personal Trainer (either at my gym or your place:)
- A programme specific to your needs is made for you and monitored.
- The session will concentrate on whatever you want.
- You will be supported with nutritional advice, weight management, lifestyle assessments and motivational techniques.
- The session could be 30mins to 1hour depending on your requirements.
- Time / work / family / transport / financial commitments.
- Bored of your old routine.
- Need different ideas.
- Motivation
- Diet & Nutritional help.
- Want to maintain or improve your fitness.
- Need help to break habits.
- Want to train for a 10km run or Marathon or get in shape for a specific event.
- Or simply be shown how best to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
