Whatever your age or fitness level. Personal Training Fitness on your holiday is available for almost any duration whilst you are on your holiday. Your fitness holiday is not a competitive training camp or army-style boot camp. It is designed to provide anyone, of any standard of fitness, with the opportunity to make a fresh start & really commit to achieving those elusive health & fitness goals or athletic improvements. You can either come to my gym, (transfers are available if no transport), or I can visit you, wherever you are. We can provide a selection of accommodation,all self-catering, which can be arranged on request. At the end of your
fitness holiday, you will leave with a personal training programme to follow at
